An Awareness Through Movement lesson that’s good for all ages. This one is about balancing the muscles of the back and abdomen in order to carry the arms and legs.

All my face-to-face classes have been cancelled, so I recorded a quick ATM for people who are stuck inside. It focuses on the movement of the ribs, belly and diaphragm during breathing.
