This is the sort of lesson that made me fall in love with the Feldenkrais Method. It is guaranteed to make you feel groovy.
All my face-to-face classes have been cancelled, so I recorded a quick ATM for people who are stuck inside. It focuses on the movement of the ribs, belly and diaphragm during breathing.
