A classic Awareness Through Movement lesson that starts in standing and brings you to sitting cross-legged. I hope my instructions are clear enough, it’s one of those lessons that’s a bit of a puzzle that makes perfect sense when you’ve done it once. Have fun!

Some nice subtle movements of the ribs, spine and shoulders to explore on a Sunday afternoon on lockdown. Feldenkrais said that the person who can differentiate the movement of the clavicles is a master of movement. This is a good place to start.
