Free ATM#15: Spiralling to the Floor

A classic Awareness Through Movement lesson that starts in standing and brings you to sitting cross-legged.  I hope my instructions are clear enough, it’s one of those lessons that’s a bit of a puzzle that makes perfect sense when you’ve done it once.  Have fun!

Free ATM#14: Integration of the Spine and Shoulders

Free ATM#13: Differentiation of the Shoulder Girdle

Some nice subtle movements of the ribs, spine and shoulders to explore on a Sunday afternoon on lockdown.  Feldenkrais said that the person who can differentiate the movement of the clavicles is a master of movement. This is a good place to start.

Free ATM #10: Harmony of the Spine

Ten lessons seems a bit of a landmark under the current circumstances.  This one looks at harmonising the movement of the different parts of the spine.  It’s done in sitting, so you’ll need a chair. Enjoy giving your spine some love.
